Pricing and logistics
The two-day strategic leadership intensive is $4,800 per participant (GST inclusive). Team alignment workshops are $8,500 for groups of up to ten people, with an additional $650 per person above ten, up to a maximum of fifteen. The twelve-week individual coaching program is $6,200. All prices include the diagnostic assessment, program materials and the six-week follow-up call. Venue hire and catering are not included for in-person programs unless we are hosting at our Lake Dylan training room.
Yes. Our facilitators travel to any location in Australia. We have delivered programs in every state and territory. Travel costs are quoted separately and typically add between $800 and $1,500 depending on the destination. For the twelve-week coaching program, all sessions happen via video call, so location does not affect the price.
We recommend booking at least four weeks ahead for in-person programs. This gives us time to complete the diagnostic assessment and design a customised agenda. For the twelve-week coaching program, we can usually start within two weeks of signing the engagement letter. If you have an urgent need, call us and we will see what we can do. We have turned around a team workshop in ten days before, though we prefer not to rush the diagnostic step.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days incur a 30 per cent fee to cover facilitator preparation and scheduling costs. You can reschedule to a different date at no charge as long as the new date is within 90 days of the original booking. Substituting a different participant is always free.
Program content and format
Both, in a deliberate ratio. About 60 per cent of each program draws from our tested exercise library, which has been refined over eight years and hundreds of sessions. The remaining 40 per cent is written specifically for each client based on the diagnostic assessment. If you work in aged care, the scenarios will reflect aged care challenges, not generic business school cases. We share the draft agenda before the program so you can flag anything that feels off-target.
All four of our facilitators hold postgraduate qualifications in business, organisational psychology or a related field. More importantly, each has spent at least fifteen years in senior operational roles before joining us. Maren Holt was CFO at a mid-tier mining company. Daniel Voss ran operations for a national allied health provider. Suki Patel led strategy at a fintech startup through its Series A and B rounds. Tom Barker was general manager of a regional council. We chose them for their practical experience, not their academic credentials alone.
The twelve-week coaching program is designed for individuals. The strategic leadership intensive runs as an open cohort, so you can attend on your own and will be grouped with leaders from other organisations. This cross-industry mix is often where the most useful conversations happen. The team alignment workshop, by contrast, only works with an intact team from the same organisation, because the exercises depend on shared context.
Yes. Within 48 hours of the program ending, every participant receives a PDF containing their personal action plan, any frameworks or models covered during the session, and a summary of key discussion points (anonymised where the group agreed on confidentiality). Coaching participants also receive short video summaries recorded by their coach after each weekly session. These materials are yours to keep and share within your organisation.
Every program includes a 30-minute follow-up call six weeks after completion. If you want ongoing support beyond that, we offer monthly coaching sessions at a reduced alumni rate of $380 per session. About a quarter of our participants take up this option, typically for three to six months. There is no lock-in contract for alumni coaching; you can stop at any time.
Yes. All facilitators and coaches sign confidentiality agreements as part of their engagement with us. For open-cohort programs where participants come from different organisations, we establish a group confidentiality agreement at the start of the first session. Participants agree not to share commercially sensitive information discussed by others outside the room. In eight years of running these programs, we have never had a breach reported.
